excellence in health

Appointments at each of the Greater Adelaide Health and Medical centres allow for 15 minute consultations. If you think that you may need longer with one of our doctors, please tell our receptionist when you are making the appointment or include this in your online booking.

We understand that are some medical issues which may require urgent attention and, in this case, our staff will do their best to make a same-day appointment.

Reminder System

Greater Adelaide Health and Medical is committed to health promotion and continuing preventative care. We may issue you with a reminder notice or advice from time to time, offering recommendations appropriate to your care. If you do not wish to participate in this initiative, please advise your doctor or the practice nurse.

It is our policy that patients make a follow up appointment with their doctor to discuss test results.

Patient Confidentiality

Your medical record is a confidential document. Greater Adelaide Health and Medical maintain the security of your personal health information at all times and ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff.

Patient Feedback

We provide a professional, informed, friendly and confidential service. If you think we can improve on any aspect of our service, please speak to a doctor or our business manager.

From time to time, we may ask patients to fill out a confidential questionnaire regarding our services.
